  • Manage all event requirements and suppliers - both on and off site, prior, during and post event
  • Formulate the budget and control the costs, freeing you from all administrative tasks associated with payments and reconciliation of all accounts
  • Design the event concept and format (or will follow your own)
  • Work with the chef(s) to design all food and beverage requirements
  • Prepare and manage the critical path for all parties involved
  • Source and secure entertainment, MC and guest speaker(s)
  • Coordinate all audio-visual requirements, including multimedia
  • Provide full production management
  • Provide you with concept, design and installation of all room theming and decorations - including stage, table presentation and special effects
  • Select and secure gifts
  • Report regularly to you, our client, on all aspects of the event
  • We will help you to find the most suitable venue for your event or presentation – not only for space and location but relative to your budget
